Frequently asked questions will be answered here, so if you have a problem or want to know something take a look here first, your question might be answered already.


Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from Hong Kong by airmail.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In most cases registered airmail usually takes approx. 2 weeks to most countries. But due to not foreseeable circumstances in some countries registered airmail shipping may take up to 4 weeks. Please note that customs controls or public holidays may delay the delivery. EMS Speedpost usually takes approx. 4 to 6 business days if not delayed by customs controls or public holidays.

Q: Do I have to pay custom fees or import taxes?
A: We cannot generally give an answer to that question. Not all parcels are being checked and there is a duty and tax-free allowance in many countries. Due to the different regulations in each country you are advised to get more information directly from your customs office.

Q: Will game "xyz" work with my console?
A: In general we will state in the items description if a game has a certain regional code/limitation. If you are not sure you may contact us any time by e-mail.

Q: Are the games you sell in my local language?
A: In general we will state the games language in the items description, in case of a future release the game language may not be known beforehand.

Q: Do the consoles you sell work on my TV set?
A: Normally any console will work with modern TV sets. Such feature multiple input connections. You will find more information on input connections in the consoles items descriptions and the manual of your TV set.

Q: Will console "xyz" work in my country?
A: Different consoles use different voltages. You will find the used voltage of a console in the items description. If the voltage used in your country differs from the consoles voltage there is a step down converter with which you can use any console in any country.
