Dino Games

Following terms & conditions and only these shall be applicable for any business between Dino-games.com (the seller) and the buyer.


I. Contract

With the order and finalized payment by the buyer and the acceptance of the payment & shipping of the goods by the seller the contract is completed. The seller can reject any order & payment without prior notice. The buyer can cancel the order as long as the goods have not been shipped by the seller. Orders with goods specifically ordered for the buyer cannot be canceled. Cancellation by the buyer has to be made in writing by e-mail with reference of the order number.


II. Payment & Refund

For the buyer's convenience the seller is offering several payment options. There is bank transfer payment to a European or Asian bank account and PayPal payment. Direct credit card payment will be added at a later time.
Payment has to be made in full and prior to shipping of the goods. In case of bank transfer the buyer is responsible to pay for any occurring transfer fees. A order cannot be shipped until full payment has been received. Payments shall be made either in US$ (US Dollar) or Euros. For European bank transfer payments only Euros currency is acceptable.
If the buyer is canceling the order the seller will refund the money by the same means as the payment has been received. This means a PayPal payment can only be refunded by PayPal. There is no fee charged if the PayPal payment is refunded within 60 days after the original payment date. After 60 days there will be a 5% fee charged on PayPal payments.
For refunds by bank transfer the buyer has to pay for any occurring bank transfer fees if there are any charged by the involved banks. Any fees charged will be directly deducted from the original payment amount (for both PayPal and bank transfer payments).
All payments are being processed over a secured internet connection.

III. Shipping

The seller will ship the order once full payment has been received. All orders are being shipped by Hong Kong registered airmail or EMS Speedpost express airmail. Registered airmail is not insured and the seller is not responsible for loss or damage. EMS Speedpost is insured against loss or damage (except confiscation by customs office/authorities, vandalism & force majeure) up to US$ 150.00 by default, higher insurance value can be purchased. To do so please contact the seller after the order has been placed.
The seller will ship the goods from Hong Kong, note that there may be import vat/taxes or duties which are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Also note that certain countries have import restrictions on certain goods, the buyer is solely responsible to comply with his/her country's import regulations and the buyer will not be responsible for any goods held/confiscated by customs office/authorities.
The buyer is responsible to count the parcels/goods on receipt and indicate any damages or deficiencies/missing goods immediately to the postal service. Later reported deficiencies or damages may not be accepted by the postal service.
The buyer is solely responsible to correctly submit his full address (and phone number for Canadian buyers). The buyer shall be solely responsible to pay for any occurring shipping costs if the parcel cannot be delivered due to a incorrect or incomplete address or missing phone number.

IV. Warranty

The buyer gives a general warranty of 6 months from the original purchase date on all new goods. There are however some exceptions as follows:
- No warranty on any disc media or media which is susceptible to wear
- Any batteries/battery packs have a limited warranty of 3 months
- Second hand (pre-owned goods, will be stated in items description) have a limited warranty of 4 weeks
- There is no warranty on items which have been tampered with, opened, broken security seal or have been modified in any way
- There is no warranty on damaged items due to failed or improper handled firmware updates
- There is no warranty on damaged items in result to improper use, vandalism, force majeure or accidents

The seller guarantees that all sold items are in perfect working order at the time of dispatch (unless described otherwise in items description). Any not working items will be exchanged by the seller without any cost for the buyer. In a warranty case the seller will pay for repair costs (parts & labour) or for a new item in exchange. The buyer is responsible for all occurring shipping costs.

V. Returns

Any goods returned to the seller must be shipped in a adequately secured container and by a secure and traceable shipping option. The seller will not be responsible for loss or damage (also in a warranty case).
All returns must be agreed by the seller before the buyer may return them. The seller will not accept any returns without prior agreement.
If the buyer receives any not functioning goods he/she is required to report any malfunction within 5 days of receiving the goods. The seller will not accept any late reports of malfunctioning/not working goods.

VI. Customer accounts

The seller is providing a customer account which offers convenient functionality for the buyer like saving multiple addresses, order tracking etc. This service is offered without any charge. The buyer is responsible to keep the login password confidential and not pass it on to any other person. The buyer should choose a secure password which is not guessable by other persons. The seller is not responsible for any misuse by other persons of a buyers customer account.
The seller reserves the right to close/delete a customers account in case of any fraudulent activity. The buyer may close his/her customer account at any time.

VII. Final Terms

With his/her completed order the buyer confirms that he/she has completely read, understood and agreed to these terms & conditions. The buyer also confirms that he/she is 18 years old or of full age (respective the country he/she lives in) and fully sui juris (fully contractually capable by law). Parents are fully accountable for any order placed by a minor. All sales are final and once the order has been shipped non refundable.
The buyer shall be fully & solely responsible for ordering and importing goods to his/her country and for any import taxes or duties or for any charges resulting from importing goods into his/her country.
